Starting 21-day challenge

I have been walking too! I'm trying to do at least 3 days a week. I have even been getting up at 6:30 some days to get it out of the way before I have to get the kids off to school. 4.2 on the treadmill for 30 min. It is a killer I tell ya! That's as fast as my legs can take me without running! Jeff says intensity is the key. 4.2 is intense for that long. I say to myself several times while I'm on the treadmill "I hate exercise!!" :)
